Person Centred Approach
After every support our dedicated support workers complete detailed progress notes on how the support went. They include activities undertaken, any incidents occurred and any recommendations for future supports.
Progress Notes
We tailor support to target the individual needs of our participants. Our commitment is to provide personalised care, ensuring each individuals unique requirements are met with empathy and expertise. A main priority of ours is having one main support worker to each participant, this builds better working relationships between our staff and you.
1:1 Support
Alongside our person-centred approach, we firmly believe in having tailored individualised support plans. This allows you to have choice and control over how you receive your support and where you would like us to focus on to best help you achieve your goals.
